This policy covers cnvrt-club.com ("the Site"), operated by Aeroforge LLC, a Wyoming LLC ("we", "us"), in partnership with Harucon Ventures. It explains what data we collect through the Site, why, and what rights you have over it.
The Site is a single waitlist page. The only data we collect is what you submit through the application form: your email address, and your self-reported role (Founder/Operator, Agency, or Other) and revenue range. There is no analytics script, ad pixel, or tracking cookie running on this Site.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, note that our processors above are US-based. Where required, we rely on those processors' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfer.
We keep your application data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see "Your rights" below.
